FAQ’s
do you provide food & beverage?
We offer a selection of complementary sparkling water, iced tea, or lemonade. For any additional food or beverages, you’re welcome to bring your own or choose from our list of add-ons for an extra fee.
what if there is bad weather?
If bad weather occurs, we will assist with rescheduling your event one time. Should rescheduling not be feasible, our standard cancellation policy will apply. We advise preparing an indoor venue as an alternative.
what is your policy on cancellation/rescheduling?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event. For cancellations made within 48 hours or less, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
do you serve alcohol?
Alcohol is not provided by us, and we are not responsible for any alcohol consumption.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we accept payments via cash, PayPal, or Venmo. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
do you have add ons?
We offer a range of add-ons to enhance your experience. If your package doesn’t cover everything you need, we’d be happy to accommodate your request for an additional fee. Pricing details can be discussed at booking or emailed to you in advance.
